Conditions of entry
Warning: If you participate in these activities your rights to sue the supplier under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 if you are killed or injured because the activities were not supplied with due care and skill or were not reasonably fit for their purpose, are excluded, restricted or modified in the way set out in or on this sign.
NOTE: The change to your rights, as set out in or on this sign, does not apply if your death or injury is due to gross negligence on the supplier’s part. “Gross negligence”, in relation to an act or omission, means doing the act or omitting to do an act with reckless disregard, with or without consciousness, for the consequences of the act or omission. See regulation 5 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Regulations 2012 and section 22(3)(b) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012.
By entering these premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions of entry (Conditions of Entry):

1. Customer conduct
Inappropriate behaviour, physical, verbal or otherwise, by customers towards any employee, contractor, member or guest may result in removal from the premises. Royal Park Golf Course reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, request any person to leave and / or cancel any membership or multi visit pass in accordance with the terms and conditions. Items that, in the opinion of staff, could cause harm or public nuisance, are not permitted within the facility.

2. Emergency management
Please follow signage, direction and requests of management in the event of an emergency.

3. Glass and weapons
The use of weapons, glass or other breakable objects should not be brought onto the premises.

4. Responsible service of alcohol & intoxication
Royal Park Golf Course is a licensed facility. All staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol and under no circumstances whatsoever are facility users to act beyond the responsible service of alcohol and must adhere to any and all instruction/s by staff relating to the consumption of alcohol at the facility.

5. Recording devices
Cameras, mobile phones and electronic recording devices are not permitted within the change rooms. Permission is required to be obtained from staff in the event you wish to capture images within the fitness or other areas prior to taking any photos/videos.

6. Smoking
Royal Park Golf Course is a smoke-free venue within all internal areas of buildings. The use of e-cigarettes is also not permitted.

7. Your property
Personal property should not be left unattended. Royal Park Golf Course accepts no liability for any loss or damage to your personal property on the premises.

8. Membership and pass holder conditions
Membership and pass holder conditions apply to all members and pass holders.

9. Facility etiquette
Facility etiquette is displayed in prominent locations around the facilities. Customers are required to abide by this etiquette at all times.

10. Programs and services
Only employees or contractors of the Royal Park Golf Course can conduct programs or services within the facility.

11. Liability
Despite foreseeable risk and the probability of serious harm, the burden of taking reasonable precautions to avoid the risk of harm lies with the customer. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss or damage to personal property, injury of fatality. The customer acknowledges and agrees that he/she uses the facility at his/her own risk. Also, if the customer suffers injury or illness Royal Park Golf Course and / or its employees or agents may arrange medical treatment as deemed essential for the safety of the customer.
Failure to comply with any of these conditions of entry may result in you being refused entry to, or evicted from the premises and any membership you have suspended or cancelled.
